Unlike generic LLM summaries ("The candidate did well"), our scoring system outputs deterministic numeric scores across highly specific axes defined by the hiring team prior to the interview.

Confidence Intervals

Every score emitted by the platform includes a confidence interval. If a candidate solves a problem perfectly but takes exactly 2 seconds (suggesting a potential copy-paste, circumventing telemetry), the score may remain high, but the confidence interval drops sharply, flagging the session for human review.
