Introduction
InterviewAI runs structured, AI-led technical interviews end to end — from resume ingestion through adaptive questioning, live code execution, and a scored hiring report.
What the platform does
A recruiter creates a room and invites a candidate by email. The candidate joins with a room code, uploads a resume, and is interviewed by a panel of agents that adapt to the answers given. Every response is evaluated across seven dimensions, and the session ends with a report a hiring manager can act on.
How questions are generated
Questions are not drawn from a fixed bank. The question agent receives the structured resume, the job description, the interview phase, a difficulty derived from prior answers, and the last three evaluations — then writes a question that cites the candidate's own projects and ties them to the role's requirements. Personally identifying fields are stripped before anything reaches the model.
